Survey the exterior of the property and identify any defects that can lead to damp ingress. Starting from the chimney pot/lead flashing working down to the external ground levels and sub-floor ventilation.
Test the ground Floor walls and solid floors were necessary for presence of damp ingress (non-destructive testing)
Inspect the external exterior of the property for high ground levels which can lead to Damp Proof Course Bridging.
Test the first floor walls for damp ingress paying particular attention to areas at high risk of penetrating damp such as chimney breasts and walls adjacent to external water goods.
A full written damp report along with a sketch plan of the ground floor and where necessary a damp proofing treatment quotation will be issued to you upto five working days of the survey being carried out once payment has been received.
